Organizations also often see only the black dot. The problem
for individuals and organizations in focusing exclusively on the black dot - on what is wrong - is often a drain on the most important currency we have -- time. Focusing more on the whole picture might offer more possible solutions, for in the white space lies solutions. Though it often times seems that circumstances have dealt us an impossible situation, we all have more going for us than we sometimes realize.
